Artist Emin may quit UK over tax

Fine by me, personally I think calling her an artist is stretching the term and if she earns more then £150,000 a year for the dross she produces she should count herself lucky.

What the 'rich' who keep complaining about the 50% tax rate don't seem to understand is that their taxes are being used to provide services for the 95+% of the country that can barely get by on what they earn.
